Green Microfarms provides microgreens, seeds, kits, and accessories. All products are grown and packed with care. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products

We try to show accurate images and descriptions.
Since microgreens are natural products, actual colour and growth may vary slightly.
Live microgreens are available only within selected areas.
Serviceable pin codes will be updated as required.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you agree to provide correct details like name, phone number, address, and email.
Incorrect information may delay or cancel your order.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email or message.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees.
Payments are processed through Razorpay in a secure manner.
In case of any price updates, the website price will be considered final.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Live microgreens are delivered only within Jaipur and selected areas
  
• Seeds, kits, and accessories are delivered across India
• Free shipping on orders above ₹599. 
  
• Standard delivery time for non perishable products is 7 working days
• Delivery timelines may change due to festivals, weather, or operational delays
  

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our separate Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy page for full details.
Live microgreens cannot be returned due to their perishable nature.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the same payment method.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the website or share harmful content.
All images, content, descriptions, and designs belong to Green Microfarms and cannot be copied without permission.
