Live Microgreens

Live microgreens are delivered only within Jaipur and selected nearby locations.
Serviceable pin codes will be updated regularly.
If your pin code is not serviceable, we will inform you before processing the order.

Seeds, Kits and Accessories

These items are shipped across India through our delivery partners.

2. Delivery Timelines

Live Microgreens

Minimum delivery time: Same day to 1 working day

Maximum delivery time: 2 working days or next available delivery slot
Delivery depends on product availability and delivery route.

Seeds, Kits and Accessories

• Minimum delivery time: 3 working days
• Maximum delivery time: 6 working days
• Remote or non-metro locations may take additional time

Delivery timelines may be affected by festivals, weather conditions, or unforeseen operational delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above 599
  
• For orders below this amount, a standard shipping charge of 70 will apply Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking link
  
• SMS or email updates (based on your contact details)

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will try 2 attempts to deliver the order.
If all attempts fail due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
Re delivery charges may apply in such cases.

6. Packaging

We use clean, safe and eco friendly packaging for all items.
Live microgreens are packed to maintain freshness during transit.

7. Wrong or Damaged Delivery

If you receive a damaged, missing or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit as per our policy.
