Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Green Microfarms. We want you to have a smooth and happy experience with our products. Since we deal with both perishable and non perishable items, please read this policy carefully.

1. Return Policy for Live Microgreens

Live microgreens are perishable and cannot be returned once delivered.
However, if the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

  • Keep the product in its original packaging until the claim is resolved.

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement in the next delivery cycle
  • Or a store credit if replacement is not possible


We cannot accept return requests after 24 Hours.

2. Return Policy for Seeds, Kits and Accessories

These items can be returned only if:

  • The product is unused
  • The packaging is sealed and not damaged
  • The request is raised within 2 days of delivery

Return shipping details will be shared once your request is approved.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the type of product:

For Live Microgreens:

Refunds are not offered unless the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
Valid proof is required for review.

For Seeds, Kits and Accessories:

Refund will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Minimum refund timeline: 5 working days
  • Maximum refund timeline: 7 working days

Shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, as microgreens are perishable and time-sensitive.

5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If delivery fails because of:

  • Incorrect address
  • No response from customer
  • Wrong phone number


The order will be marked as failed.

A re delivery fee of may apply.
Refund for live microgreens cannot be issued in such cases.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, missing or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Share clear photos or videos
  • Mention your order number


We will offer a replacement or store credit after checking the issue.
